Returns policy

We are committed to offering you the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return period from the date of your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Product damaged upon receipt
  • Dissatisfaction with the product

If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photographic proof of the condition of the product to our after-sales service at email address: contact@lady-glams.com.

Exceptions to the return policy

In addition to the above conditions, size errors are not accepted for free return if the customer has not contacted us for confirmation before purchasing or has not consulted the size guide available on product page. In these cases, refunds will not be accepted. Here are other cases not eligible for a free return and subject to specific conditions:

  • Product damage caused by the customer
  • Product shrinkage due to washing
  • Loss or theft of the product

These situations require an evaluation and may result in return costs payable by the customer or ineligibility for return. Please be sure to check the condition and specifications of the product carefully before requesting a return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please send us a receipt or proof of purchase along with a clear photo showing the product defect. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Insurance

We recommend that you choose a shipping service with tracking or take out insurance with the organization in charge of shipping. We are not responsible for items not received.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If you have not received your refund within this time, please check your bank account first, then contact your bank and credit card company.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not refund items on promotion or sale.
